A retrieval is the delivery of one box or file to your office or as a PDF scan. Same-day rush delivery is available for an additional $35 per box outside your plan's included retrievals.
First pickup is free for new accounts with 100+ boxes. For smaller initial volumes, pickup is $75 flat. We supply the boxes and labels at no charge.
Destruction is $8 per box when triggered by your retention schedule (certificate included). Emergency or unscheduled destruction requests are $12 per box.
Yes. Storage, scanning, and shredding can all appear on a single consolidated monthly invoice. We also support PO numbers and departmental billing codes.
