By using Solafide's records management services, you agree to maintain accurate information about stored records and comply with applicable records retention laws in Texas and applicable federal regulations.
Solafide maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and provides certificates of destruction for all shredding services. Liability for stored records is governed by individual service agreements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Tarrant County courts.
